How to Place an Order
Buying Zynga Poker chips at ZyngaPoker.store takes less than 5 minutes. Follow these steps:
- Choose a package — Browse our chip packages on the homepage. Select the amount that fits your needs or use the custom slider to adjust the amount, from 1T to 5Q chips.
- Enter your Access Token — Paste your in-game access token. This is how we identify your account and deliver chips safely. How to get your token →
- Review your order — Confirm the package, chip amount, and price before proceeding.
- Pay with crypto — Click Confirm & Pay to see the payment details. You will receive a USDT wallet address and the exact amount to send.
- Send payment — Transfer the exact USDT amount within 30 minutes. Sending a different amount may delay your order.
- Wait for delivery — Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, a worker will deliver your chips. This usually takes 10–30 minutes.
Payment Confirmation
- Payment is confirmed automatically when the blockchain transaction reaches enough confirmations.
- You will see your order status change from Awaiting Payment → Payment Received → Delivering → Completed.
- You can track your order status anytime at https://www.zyngapoker.store/orders.
Delivery
Chips are delivered directly to your Zynga Poker account using the access token you provided. The delivery process is:
- A worker receives your order notification
- Worker logs the chip transfer in-game
- Chips appear in your account balance
- Order status updates to Completed
Average delivery time is 10–30 minutes after payment confirmation.

Order Status Explained
- Awaiting Payment: Order created, waiting for your crypto transfer.
- Payment Received: Payment confirmed, worker being assigned.
- Delivering: Worker is transferring chips to your account.
- Completed: Chips delivered successfully.
- Expired: Payment window closed — create a new order.
- Cancelled: Order cancelled by admin or system.
